Why I Started ENK Commercial
Commercial management is in my blood. After more than 20 years in Aberdeen, graduating from the University of Aberdeen and working my way up from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Head of Commercial, I’ve seen the same challenges come up again and again.
Too often, businesses struggle with NEC 3 / 4 contracts, Delay Damages, Programmes, or simply finding the time to get the commercial side right. I’ve seen how this leads to stress, disputes, and lost value — and how a quick, clear fix or a bit of outside support can make all the difference.
That’s why I founded ENK Commercial: to provide flexible support that fits what you need. Whether it’s a one-off project, resolving a specific dispute, or longer-term guidance, I bring practical experience and proven solutions to help businesses protect themselves and move forward.
Every service is personal and tailored — no one-size-fits-all. I come in, provide the support you need, and step back once things are back on track.
Outside of work, I’m also a qualified helicopter pilot — a reminder that attention to detail and clear processes are just as important in the air as they are in commercial management.
